We are rolling out an update to our security controls by enabling enforcement mode on our Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Impact: Brief, intermittent disruptions may occur for some requests during the maintenance window. Most users should not experience downtime.

What is changing

  • Our WAF will move from monitoring mode to enforcement mode.
  • Malicious and suspicious traffic patterns will be actively blocked.
  • This change improves platform protection and resilience.

What you may notice

  • Temporary 403 responses for requests flagged by security rules.
  • Short-lived interruptions for a small subset of API or web requests while tuning stabilizes.

What to do if you are affected

  • Retry your request after a few minutes.
  • If issues continue, contact support and include:
    • timestamp (with timezone),
    • endpoint/URL,
    • request ID or correlation ID (if available),
    • your source IP (if possible).
